Razer blade screen refresh rate is not working properly

Hi there! So I recently purchased my first razer product, the 2021 razer blade 15 advanced edition with a 240hz QHD display. Everything works properly, except the screen refresh rate.... It's capped at 60hz. I've contacted razer but nothing is working and they havnt gotten back. The last thing they told me is to switch to integrated graphics in the razer synapse system tab, but I don't have that option available anywhere... Is this issue solvable? Can someone help? How do I increase my refresh rate?

    Do you have this option and all your drivers and software up to date? I don’t have current blade model but I heard there’re other users having similar issue, probably drivers issue that might be addressed by an update. I saw also some other user with same 240Hz QHD 2021 blade mentioned manually activate higher refresh rate through nvidia control panel. Hope this helps.

    Hey! I had the same issue. You just need to go in NVIDIA control panel. Under "Manage Display Mode", select "nvidia gpu only." Then, new options should pop up on the navigation bar. Go to "change resolution", and on the right side of the resolution menu, you should see a dropdown bar where you can select your refresh rate. Cheers!
