A few days ago my laptop has been stuck at the lowest brightness after I turned it on. I tried updating, uninstalling drivers, resetting pc to factory default. Nothing worked for me. I assumed it may have to do with connecting to an external monitor. Since then my brightness has been stuck at the lowest and I can barely see anything on the screen. Also tried shaking the screen rapidly to see if it was a hardware issue, but it seems it isn't. Assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team so they can further check on the issue? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link.
