Does anyone know exactly what model battery replacement i can get for the model RZ09-01964E31?
Support is super unhelpful because my product is out of warranty and the solution is to come here and beg someone for an answer. The search feature might actually be worse.

Please note that we currently do not ship out parts for our systems, nor do we recommend going the DIY route. You can send the laptop to us to get the battery replaced, though you may be subject to diagnostic and repair fees if the laptop is out of warranty. Unfortunately, I might need to look for a battery replacement info too, I'm not sure if PH support is able to get the information (based from their reply). Does anyone have a part number I can search to purchase a third party replacement? I'm also looking for fan replacements

No, I wouldnt know. Does the battery of RC30-0196 compatible with RZ09-01682E20? When I search the net, I keep on getting referring to the battery of this model.

C.L.KBy registering your device on Razer website you can know if you’re first owner or not, regarding refurbished not sure since they look same to me when I bought refurbished blade stealth from Razer store back in 2017, only it doesn’t come with some specs sticker on the monitor unlike the new one, but it might be vary depends the models I think.
