Done all the relatively 'easy' checks like seeing if it's using the right GPU etc.

Lower FPS compared to other models usually because of driver issue or thermal. Did you also check those both, like using other driver version and monitor the temperature?
JoikansaiI'm using the latest NVIDIA drivers if that's what you mean. And what temperature results would mean what? Like if the laptop's staying too cool, that is the issue?

Try older Nvidia driver, not sure if I use the latest one but same model warzone 1080p optimal setting hits above limited refresh rate like 70 to 80 FPS and no if it is cool you shouldn’t have the issue, temperature monitoring is needed for knowing that you don’t have thermal throttling issue, that also low the FPS.
