Razer Blade Stealth - Battery Not Charging

I have a Razer Blade Stealth 13” Intel 8550U (2017) | RZ09-0239E31. The battery for my machine recently stopped charging. I replaced the battery in the hope that a new one would charge successfully but unfortunately that did not work. The new battery does not charge, and after its initial charge ran down I am now resigned to using the machine without a battery, powered directly using the original stock charger. The system has not been used for gaming or any other resource-intensive activities. It is mostly used for browsing the web and creating documents. There was no evidence of battery bloat. My primary reason for purchase was the form factor and the (presumed) build quality. I have tried the following to no avail:

• Uninstalling the batter drivers
• Using a different 65W charger

If possible, I would very much like to bring it back to life so that I can once again charge a battery and am able to the machine on-the-go. Seems this is a pretty common issue for this model - has anyone had any luck fixing it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
