Razer Book 13 BSOD and screen refresh issues
So I just purchased the razer book 13 (newest version from razer website) (512gb, i7, touchscreen) and got it a week ago today. I absolutely love it its incredible and the design is flawless in my opinion. However, I am having major issues which is really making it hard for me to keep this laptop. Ideally I would like to stick with the book 13 whether thats fixing these issues or getting a replacement, hopefully someone can help because its driving me crazy...
First and most prominent issue is the consistent and non stop BSOD that I keep getting. This has happened so many times I cant even believe it, with about a 75% chance of happening every time I open synapse and adjust chroma studio. It also of course happens when I do anything else it seems, such as using edge, hopping into a casual steam game, office applications, etc... I have spent hours in razer support trying to fix this by updating software, windows, drivers, and repairing synapse. I also followed the steps and troubleshooting on the razer website concerning BSOD and ran into more problems.... This has been happening the moment I got it booted up out of the box and still has been happening just as frequently.
BSOD Codes I get:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (I get this most often)
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY
EXCEPTION_ON_INVALID_STACK
Second issue is the screen will refresh every so often on the laptop. It will go all black for about a second or 2 and then reappear, but it will look slightly different. I believe every time it refreshes it goes from night light to regular or vice versa. I do have night light set on sunset timer but this was actually happening from day 1 as well before I setup night light. I have no idea why this happens and have not really looked into it too much since it's not as annoying as constant BSOD.
Please guide me in the right direction here, am I doing something completely wrong or did I get a faulty laptop that should just be replaced? I have been waiting to post this to see if the errors persist and they are. Any advice or guidance is appreciated, thank you.
