Updated to latest firmware and now in synapse it just says “initilising” under the temp settings. Anyone have a solution?
Razer are useless in general so I cba asking them in email.

Razer Cooling Pad latest firmware bricked adaptive cooling
I had the same issue last night when I upgraded from 1.07 to 1.09. I had to uninstall Synapse 4 and uninstall and reinstall and reboot and now it works again

I think I also did a repair in the add and remove programs, maybe try that?
just happened to me, firmware update bricked the cooling pad leaving it initialising.
i tried the uninstall & reinstall, repair & reboot, but nothing works so i’ve just arranged a return.
I’ve just printed off the label and will be dropping it off at the courier in the morning.
so much promise but as per usual razer manage to nerf themselves every time
