Razer Core V2 not turn on

It’s been running fine for about 2 years, now with power on no click sound and any reaction. First I think is psu problem but after I disassemble the core, psu is ok(connect green and black line, I can heard click sound).Maybe something wrong in pcb, anyone can help? PS:Already no warranty

    Have you ever tried a different graphics card? Maybe this one is defective and therefore the Core X does not boot.
