version French : Salut à tous, J'ai une très problème avec mon RAZER CORE X... Je ne suis pas capable de le faire fonctionner sur mon Laptop MSI GT72 6QE. Voici ce que j'ai fait à l'heure actuellement pour essayer de le faire reconnaître : - J'ai mis le Bios à la dernière version qui est : E1782IMS.122 - J'ai activé la fonction ThunderBolt 3 update Fireware et j'ai fait la mise à jour qui est les informations suivant : - Date du pilote : 2019-11.20 - Version du pilote : 1.41.769.0 - j'ai installé le contrôlleur de Microsoft Store ou que j'installe la version de mon laptop cela ne fonctionne pas plus - Le ventilation du Razer Core X : fonctionne très bien - Les 2 ventilations de ma carte graphique MSI AMD Radeon RX 580 8 GB OC : fonctionne très bien aussi Je suis avec la version de Windows 10 Professionnelle x64 build 2004 RTM Ma carte graphique : MSI AMD Radeon RX 580 8 GB OC (je l'ai essayé dans une autre tour et elle fonctionne très bien) et est tout neuve cela fait depuis seulement 26 mai que je l'ai la carte graphique Image 1, 2 et 3 se sont les image du contrôlleur ThunderBolt de Microsoft Store Image 4 c'est la fenêtre de gestion de périphérique directement que vous voyez que les périphériques qu'ils fonctionnent parfaitement. Et j'ai remarqué que Razer Synaspe 3 Béta ne le voir du tout mais il voit très bien mon Razer Nari mais rien d'autre (voici l'image 5 pour vous le prouvez)

Here is what I have done right now to try to get it recognized: - I have updated the Bios to the latest version which is: E1782IMS.122 - I activated the ThunderBolt 3 update Fireware function and I made the update which is the following information: - Pilot date: 2019-11.20 - Driver version: 1.41.769.0 - I installed the controller of Microsoft Store or that I install the version of my laptop that does not work any more - The ventilation of the Razer Core X: works very well - The 2 ventilations of my graphics card MSI AMD Radeon RX 580 8 GB OC: works very well too I am with the version of Windows 10 Professional x64 build 2004 RTM My graphics card: MSI AMD Radeon RX 580 8 GB OC (I tried it in another tower and it works very well) and is brand new it has been only since May 26 that I have the graphics card Image 1, 2 and 3 are the images of the ThunderBolt controller from Microsoft Store Image 4 it is the device management window directly that you see that the devices they work perfectly. And I noticed that Razer Synaspe 3 Beta does not see it at all but it sees my Razer Nari very well but nothing else (here is image 5 for you to prove it)

        Disable thunderbolt security in bios settings and try again.
