Razer Cortex Reinstallation
I have the razer cortex software downloaded. if I put in the admin access to install it, it works, but if I close it relaunch it, it asks for admin access again. Anyone know a fix? would be greatly appreciated.

I think you are installing the Cortex in a standard user and using the admin credentials to authenticate and authorize the installation. Try install the Cortex within the admin user.
Otherwise create a new administrator user and install under it.
