Hi I bought these headphones a few days ago and by connecting the USB support to the ps4 it is recognized but the keys do not work (for example if I click the microphone it mutes but then if I click again nothing happens), what could be the cause of this problem ? (I specify that I haven't used headphones on a computer yet)

    I do not think that the headset is fully supported on PS4 using the included audio controller. It should just work plugged into the 3.5mm headphone jack however.
