Hi My Razer laptop is not charging, I have tested the charger output with multimeter and it's showing 13.1, where it should show 19.5 W.Can anyone please suggest if the laptop is not charging at all because of this particular reason. Regards, Venkat Godithi

Also can you try plugging the adapter to a different plug point with more output capacity and try ?

It's not working either way (On or Off). I don't have a different adapter to test. I tried with a different plug point and the result is same, it's not charging

In that case please contact the support team directly here below by selecting your laptop model, https://support.razer.com/gaming-laptops They will be able to help you with a work around/solution.

I just want to know if the output from the charger is less than 19W, will it still charger the laptop or not

If the output of the adapter/charger you use is lower than what is recommended for the laptop it wont charge. If the output of the adapter/charger is more than what is required by the laptop, it will charge as it will only utilize the power input it needs. Technically! :smile_:

Which Razer Laptop are we talking about. Blade Stealth, assuming from such low wattage. Not quite sure if it pull 19 watt on idle but Stealth ac adapter minimum on 2016/17 dual core is using 45 watt ac adapter you can charge it using MacBook Pro 13 ac adapter (usb C one). 19 watt fells to me charging a tablet like iPad Pro.
