    Thank you Razer Support/Developers for fixing the issue with the adaptive smart cooling for this device! It's awesome to see a company that fixes issues reported by their customers! I turned on my laptop today and was greeted with a synapse update and BAM! Everything worked again! Excellent support from this company for many years now. Just wanted to drop this here, very happy customer.

    I just got my Razer Cooling Pad today, and I’m impressed with the ease of installation. I’m NOT impressed with the workmanship. The lower part of the support at the back doesn’t fit properly and has sharp edges.
