unfortunatelly after Windows starting and Synapse load the Chorma Studio profil the Logo at Laptop Lid is off. The interessting thing is, at computer start it is glowing as it should. If I go to system lighting settings and switch lid logo to off or breathing and back to static (static is my default setting) it works well. Also breathing works well.
I already reinstalled synapse software but it doesnt help. Perhaps someone has some tips where the issue could come.

After an Update my logo light is also refusing to turn on. working with support has been a nightmare for me. Were you ever able to fix it?
