Hello all, proud to be a new owner of this cool machine. Does anyone have any general tips for pushing performance? Particularly on battery performance, for instance games like TFT drop well under 60 fps, while pushes well over 100 fps in gaming mode plugged in. Or is that just status quo?

Any other general tips to optimize this system would be greatly appreciated as well! Battery life tips etc.
Welcome to the Blade cult:smile_: Now Blade stealth is packed with a not bad gpu that made it a gaming laptop and this kind of laptop unlike MacBook need ac adapter to push its performance and run the game well without it the system will throttle the performance to concentrate to battery life. Why? It use 100 watt ac adapter to get max performance, battery capacity is 53Wh, on full performance it’ll die fast.

For battery life since it use ultra low wattage cpu and maxq gpu it should get more than 5 hours depends usage, but for first days due optimizations and update it might be not accurate, so let drivers update etc finish, maybe it’ll take two days or even a week till you get max battery performance. Note there’s some apps that may make battery life shorter like afterburner or cloud services make sure those are off on battery usage.

Watching streaming movies Netflix I can get at least 5 hours now, on go like paperwork and browsing never saw low battery after unplugging from 100%, windows tell like 6 hours (windows tells not always accurate though but it’s around that or maybe more). And on this u cpu unlike on blade 15 or pro you don’t need to Undervolte it to get better battery life it’s already low power cpu as mentioned above.

Hope this helps

I appreciate the reply! That all makes sense. Ive been constantly updating drivers through windows update, so i think i'm good on that front.

Have you tested battery life with the dedicated gpu disabled on battery? Im interested in seeing if the CPU TDP is effected.

Thanks again!
