I have had a problem with my base 2019 razer blade not recognizing my new Core egpu. I need to find the thunderbolt drivers for this model, but they are not on the website. It is not clear where I can find them. I have been trying to get a clear answer out of Razer support for 2 weeks but to no avail. How are can it be to have a full set of drivers for each machine and no reinstalling windows 10 is not an option.
This by far is the worst support I have ever had with a hardware company. Fortunately, I bought the device through Amazon, so I might just give up send it back, and when this laptop dies give up with Razer.
I'm sure this is not just me, but though the laptop seems ok, the support is AWFUL.

what is the model number for your laptop? should start with RZ
rz09 03006 base 2019 . There are thunderbolt drivers for other models but not this one. They seem to be specific to each model so I cant use different model drivers.
yeah I see what you mean the late 2019 base model has then but that model doesn't.
I'll pass this thread on to someone who knows more about this than me and see if they can assist.

Thank you for your help.
Okay from what i've been told the thunderbolt drivers should be universal between blades so you can try downloading the late 2019 model drivers and install those and see if that fixes your issue http://rzr.to/9UgHt
Not sure quite how to install these. I ran the Driver-Service setup.bat from an admin shell and got the following Log back
This doesn't look good..

This is different from the installation document which suggests I run the setup.bat. which I can't find.
honestly i'm not sure what's wrong :S the driver should install.
have you tried fully uninstalling the driver already installed for the thunderbolt port? i think it's under system devices in the device manager.
EDIT: huh it says the driver installed in your post have you tried the GPU now?

the other drivers needed to be installed. Uninstalling and then reinstalling worked. Everything is now working. Thank you.
You may want to look for the drivers from Intel, not Razer.
It goes without saying, but you've already tried to install them automatically from the device manager, as well as Windows Update?

Sorry, I'm a bit late to the party.
