Razer upgraded me from a 1660Ti to a 3070 model that came today! After over 2 months of no laptop, including my original one being lost in repair,

    I don’t know if it’s good or bad:sweat_smile:, but sorry for your loss congrats for new 3070, if I lost my 3070 would I get 3090 blade 16 haha😂 that’s super upgrade I’ll take this as a good news:tada:

    As long it’s m2 ssd yes, Samsung I’ve good experience with 1tb 970Evo on blade 15 2018 and 2tb evo plus on blade 14 2021. Btw 1660ti is base model isn’t it, usually it has secondary slot to upgrade the storage without changing main ssd.

    Just get whatever you can afford that also suits your needs. And for your questions
    • I buy a laptop when my old one can’t handle what I want it to do.
    • Maybe? There’s always gonna be new tech, by the time 40xx got cheap, 50xx will be out.
    • whether the tech is relevant depends on what you want to do 5 years later and what is available by then.
