Razr blade 15 base (2020) - RZ09-03519E11-R3U1 - issue with USB-c port

Hello there, I have two docks, one from PNY and a Thinkpad hybrid dock. The PNY one has an HDMI port, while the Thinkpad has x2 DPI ports. I tried connecting it to the USB-C port (both sides) so I could connect x2 monitors to my razr. It would not install drivers and the comes back with error 43 under device manager with something called a Billboard Device. I also tried the USB-A ports, same issues. How do I get it to work. I need to connect those two monitors, either with HDMI or DPI cables. What works hassle-free from my model?
