RBS Late 2019 GTX Drivers

All of the other models of the RBS have a more complete list of drivers available than the GTX model. Are (e.g.) the late 2019 Mercury White RBS drivers (specifically the TB3 drivers/firmware) compatible? I am having crazy problems with 2 identical GTX RBS late 2019 models and Core X Chromas. I had very similar issues 4 years ago with my Dell Precision 5510 Quadro and the TB16 dock and it was eventually corrected with a firmware update that actually worked. Support acts like it is a unknown issue - offered to replace my Chromas (which is fine - but if two identical setups have the same issue it begs the question that it is more than hardware related). Anyone have any ideas?

I would like an answer on this as well. I just bought a a Dell U4320Q and the USB-C implementation is only working at DisplayPort HBR2 speeds instead of HBR3 which is limiting USB bandwidth to the built in USB hub whil running at 4k 60 resolution.
