Registration/warranty for Wolverine Ultimate Controller Xbox One
I’m trying to register my controller. It asks for the serial number or unique ID, then it asks for the product number. I’ve located the serial number on the back of the controller however when I try to enter in the product number which is an 8 character number right underneath the serial number it is telling me that it is invalid no matter how I type it in....

i have no expirience with controller. i think the best bet is to contact razer support on twitter.
