Hello, new here but doing well I think. It's only been 3 hours and it feels like I may be getting near to finding a download for a system recovery stick.

First, I'd like to see a show of hands from everybody that believes that there was ever a Razer Blade Stealth 12.5" Intel i5-7200U made in 2017. Nope, I didn't mean the i7-7500U. Everyone's heard of that one. I would guess a substantial number have even heard of the i7-6500U

Ok, raise you hand if you knew that this existed. No cheating because I happen to know that over the entire site after all these years , searching thousands of posts and comments that there were 12 mentions of my new machine. And 6 of those comments were made by 3 people so that means 9 people had a clue. NINE!

Plus, just to further muddy the waters, this system of mine was designated as a 2016 release. I've learned over the hours I've been here that the year designation is oftentimes an important part of identifying systems from one another and justifiably so. Here's the diabolic twist... every reference to my new machine by the people I got it from added 2017 somewhere in the name so for the first 2 hours of searching I was using 2017 until I realized that the 2017 probably came from the fact that it was built on the 10th of January 2017. Yep, it's in Bios, finalized and signed off at 1:33 in the afternoon.

The old owners saw what I saw, the practice of using the year somewhere in the name because ya'll don't appear to use any consistent conventional naming system as long as it includes at least one of the words "Razer, Blade and Stealth" although you feel free to use 2 of them or all of them in any order that fits your mood that day.

It's also good form to add a year somewhere in the mix. At some point actually writing out the word "Intel" became SOP. Did ya'll have some copyright issue with them or something?

Anyway I'm here for plead for someone to point me to the correct download to use to create a system recovery stick so I can switch out the old drive. Let me make sure we're on the same page now. It's the infamous

Razer Blade Stealth 12.5 inch 2016(?) Intel i5-7200U RZ09-0196E2E0 (I just burned 10 calories writing that)
(Heck, even Google stops reading by about about here ^

I'd certainly appreciate some help so allow me to thank you guys in advance.

P.S. Due to it's obvious rarity (I believe there were only 10 made) I may be willing to entertain discrete purchase offers but no low-ballers, I know what I got here.

Interesting title caught my eye! I don’t have much to offer, but hopefully some things I found could help:

Found this: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2605/~/at-a-glance%3A-razer-blade-stealth-12.5---intel-7500u-%282016%29-%7C-rz09-01962 , which of course doesn’t match your model number, but one of the CPUs listed matches yours.

Someone on Reddit asked for a recovery stick from Razer Support a while back, but they said they don’t have any for this model.

I doubt Support would magically start stocking the recovery stick, but it might be worth reaching out.
