Synapse 3 has deleted all my profiles and won't add new ones.

Issues are as above in the title. In Synapse 3/ Profiles/ Devices, I click the plus symbol on the Profiles section; it turns green for 1 second and then nothing. (image 1) https://imgur.com/gallery/2F7fZ1q Another issue is that I can't link games. I manually try to add the .EXE file to the list but again nothing. Found a fix! You have to manually update the app. Go to add/remove software in control panel. Find Synapse, click modify, should bring up synapse and show the update didn't complete. Continue with the update and restart. It Should fix the issue.
