System Recovery image error

I am trying to install my system recovery image. But I get the following error: Only support running under WinPE. What can I do to bypass it?

    You can try to download a new image for your laptop: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5997/~/how-to-download-the-recovery-image-for-your-razer-blade-laptop Or just download a fresh Windows 10 / 11 directly from Microsoft.

    I did. The problem is I can't update my bios because the file only works on with razer recovery partition.
