Turning On Laptop Without Opening Lid

Hi all, Does anyone know a way to turn on your Razer laptop without opening the lid? Preferably from hibernation. The ONLY two things plugged in are the AC power port and the Thunderbolt 3 port.
  • Razer 15 Advanced (mid 2019)
  • Everything is up-to-date
  • Thunderbolt 3 runs to a Samsung CJ791 monitor which has the Logitech USB dongle for wireless keyboard/mouse
I put in considerable time searching for a solution, but no luck yet. Thanks!

To go anywhere with this, you have to change what closing the lid does and then let other devices wake the computer on movement or keypress by enabling "Allow the device to wake the computer". *Moving this to the System board.

I'm fairly certain you can only come out of hibernation by pressing the power button. It's similar to having the laptop turned completely off. If you can settle for sleep mode, though, then any USB device should be able to wake the laptop (once you've followed Caziel's advice above). My Stealth is hooked up to an eGPU and external monitor, and this is how I "turn it on" (by leaving it in sleep and pressing a key on the USB keyboard).
