I wanted to ask tips and suggestions to anyone with a similar build or specs, what settings are you guys using in Throttlestop? My CPU temp limit is at 100c but I'm not really comfortable with my temps going over 90c every time I play intense games like Apex, Witcher 3, Dota 2 and etc.

Geforce RTX 2060 (6GB)
16GB RAM
I have watched a several undervolting videos which were really helpful as well but applying those still didn't really help me achieving low temps.

Hitting 90 degrees or more while running those games would be normal for a laptop. I'll be moving the thread to the Systems board. I'm sure enthusiasts like @Joikansai can help you with this.

Below are my throttlestop settings.
To achieve lower cpu temperature you can lower turbo ratio limits to all cores 36. There won’t be significant performance drop I believe. Letting it 39 will spike the core clock to 3,9ghz that may mean like cpu intensive title like Witcher boost the heat. As RazerCaziel mentioned it’s normal that the cpu temperature achieved 90, important one is gpu doesn’t reach that area since cpu die is smaller than gpu and Intel still using 14nm chip same as older and weaker quad cores Kabylakes and Skylake chip with a boost performance, so letting it on 3,9 might produce high temperature on nowadays titles that are also demanding unlike before. Users can also limiting tdp using synapse 3 balanced mode and manual fans profil to get lower cpu temperature or rising the bottom areas to let a better air intake or using a cooling pad.
However from that screenshot idle between 40 and 60 is pretty normal, my 8750H on blade 15 advanced 2018 that I’ve almost 2 years is even sitting on high 50 and low 60ish idle so far without any issue as my main PC (factory default thermal paste and mostly only put uV -130mV through XTU and gaming on balanced mode 4800 rpm manual fans with a laptop stand).
@Joikansai Thanks for that information! I just tried out the settings you suggested and these were my results, I got a red on TS BENCH "time" i don't really know what that mean and also I got yellows on my limit reasons, is that alright? My laptop is elevated as well since I got the stand from Razer. as for the GPU do you suggest underclocking it? as I am reaching a peak of 88-89C in some occasions as well.

I also forgot to mention that settings my turbo ratio limits to 36 and on all cores or if my CPU clock up to 3.6MHz my GPU clock goes down to static 900MHz+ only if my CPU clock is below 3.2MHz atleast, only then my GPU trickles from 1.1 to 1.6MHz

Almost 2 years I don’t play around with TS, not familiar with ts bench but red value usually isn’t good, pl means power limit which maybe 45 watt (pl 1) on game mode or 25 watt on balanced, it’ll kick in once your core clock achieving some frequency clock that’s set on bios I believe, however since it’s maxed under 90ish degrees there’s nothing to worry about.

Not quite sure value of rtx 2060 core clock but if it’s on 90ish % on gaming usage it means using almost max its power which’s good. If you’re seeing it on 70%ish or lower it isn’t good. About increase and decrease core clock I’m also not quite sure probably has something to do with cooling on bios setting allows to reach higher clock (hotter) while other (gpu) frequency lower and opposite since both sharing same vapor chamber heat sink, I might be wrong though I’m not so far checking both correlation, only I know that main heat from blade is the gpu, the Temperatur is lower due the gpu die is bigger than CPUs, so the heat runs all to cpu, on factory bios level maybe they should balancing it.

Thanks for that detailed information. On last note my GPU going static at 900MHz is fine as long as it's usage is above 90% right? Now I can just adjust my turbo ratio values to 3.4 at the least to get a higher clock on my CPU and just put drop my core voltage to -250 to drop my cpu temps right?

Yes, just google base clock rtx2060 is that 960 MHz that can boost higher, not quite sure how it stays stastic but if it can maintain 90% smooth game play I wouldn’t be worried. To test gpu performance you can use free 3Dmark timespy it should score slightly better than my timespy score below on my signature, timespy because rtx is newer hardware that supports better dx12. About undervolting when I remember correctly actually you can go lower with core but cache won’t go to -200mV (-250mV undervolt is too low, I don’t see it yet unless you have really Jackpot on cpu silicon lottery) . On intel xtu both cache and Core has same uV value, so actual uV is the (cache) when I’m not wrong, it won’t make a difference lower the core voltage in this term.
