I'm over here refreshing the store every 3 hours to see if the 4k model is available yet lol.
Can t you ask the chat support? They might be able to answer you.

They told me it's sold out and highly sought after. I haven't seen anybody who actually ordered one and never saw one for sale despite looking when they went live. So I dunno about all that.

Notebookcheck review for 2070 model is out. Unfortunately he tested not further on balanced or gaming mode, pretty sure low cpu performance is because of balanced mode. The rest is pretty promising, 1080maxq raw performance.

Read the test and i'm pretty surprised. The Noise Emission has reduced a lot which i like a lot. With a little bit optimization like undervolting, overclocking and so on the Blade 15" 19 should be a real beast.

In looking at the Witcher 3 comparison between the RB15 2070 MQ vs. the 2080 MQ laptops that they've tested, the 2080 MQ laptops only perform between 9% - 12% better than the 2070 MQ. Assuming the RB15 2080 MQ performs similarly, I'm thinking the 2080 MQ won't be worth the $400 additional dollars over the 2070 MQ for such a small performance improvement. In addition, the 2060 vs. the 2070 MQ in the same comparison, the 2070 MQ is 15% better for a $300 premium over the 2060. Now, to go from a 2060 to the 2080 MQ is a $700 premium that based on the benchmarks is a performance increase of 26% - 29% which in the Witcher 3 is 15 - 18 more FPS. What is everyone's thoughts on overall value (performance vs. price)? For me, I'm thinking the 2060 or 2070 MQ sound like the better options.

If you look only perf price ratio I will go for gtx1070 with a discount. Rtx 2080 isn t available so ordered the 2070. I will see if I keep it or go for the 2080. I should receive it friday. That gona be a good resident evil 2 w.e

I know this name from somewhere:rolleyes: Hi there:smile_: If you’re thinking about performance for the price you’ll want get 1070 Blade 15 on discount price as @RazerRanix (nice name btw remind me some staff names:)), I think I saw someone mentioned it around 1.5k on Amazon there in us, it is 20% lower performance for almost 40% price reduced;) Though it’s only from raw performance, new dlss etc tech and new Blade hardware improvements maybe from some poeple are more important. I don’t have rtx Blade but had experience with rtx 2060 and 2070 on egpu setting, 2060 is €200 lower for 20% performance reduce, tried it and struggling on some title to me, sold it within a week.

To test the Blade nearest Greece I think Germany, you’ve to fly here:smile_: It’s on Windows Display on big electronic Store, mediamarkt and saturn, Media-Saturn the main office, send to most their branch Blade 15 and Pro FHD, atm it’s still last year model though but it’s similar cassis. RTX version may come later on display show after they clean the stock on local that has last year model, but poeple can order it online. Idk in France but mediamarkt in other countries like Switzerland and Austria doesn’t sell it, most probably due Keyboard layout.

Hi, question is the blade rtx 2080 coming with single or dual channel for the Ram? If single I will directly order another stick.

Usually Blade always with dual Chanel for better performance like on dave2d 2080 Blade reviews video shows today.

Just waiting for a 2060 razer blade 14 since a 15 inch doesn't fit in my bag.

The format of this laptop is 14'. But it has a 15 each screen. So it might be ok in your bag. Question what would be a good 32Gig of Ram choice for this laptop? Any regerence that would be good without paying a 25% premium for 2% of better petformance?... I might swap the RAM directly for 32Gig.

Just wondering, why do you need 32 gigs of RAM on a laptop? That seems a bit like an overkill, I have 24gigs on my tower and have 100+ chrome tabs running at all times, on top of that I have multiple photoshop files open and I play games with RAM to spare...

Great to see many brands taking up the RTX graphics for laptops. I am not too sure myself on how good it is with the better graphics scaling. I'd probably wait a while before deciding on which one to go with. My current 1070 and 1050 in my laptop still work extremely well to say the least...

Yhea it s just to feel at ease, 16Gg should already be plenty enough. Plus I can keep the Ram for my next laptop:)

I'd buy the laptop first and then decide if you want to expand your memory, these laptops last for very long, maybe when its time to upgrade the industry has already changed to DDR5
