Upgrade RAM on RBP FHD (2017)
Hi everyone, i have a 2017 blade pro FHD (GTX 1060, 16 Go RAM) and I need to upgrade the RAM. it seems that i can upgrade to 32 Go but, i'm a beginner in this type of upgrade on a laptop, and i neef help too choose the RAM (actually, 2x 8 Go (DDR4 2400 MHz, double canal, 17-17-17-39, 2x SODIMM, the original configuration).
Can i just had 2 others 8Go, or i need to change the by 2x 16 Go?

For 32gb you’ve to swap current 16 gb (8x2) sodimm with (16x2) 32 gb ram kit. Don’t waste with 3200mhz speed since it’s old motherboard with Kabylake cpu I think it can only do 2400mhz, 2666 not sure. For product I don’t have any experience upgrading so can’t recommend anything, since there’s no need for my use cases gaming and media consumption, and work only paperwork and web browsing 16gb more than enough.
