Question

After every system restart, the audio output device is always set back to USB Sound Card

It doesn’t matter which device was selected beforehand, it always reverts back to USB Sound Card. It’s very annoying to manually switch it back after each system restart.

This “error” which apparently is intended behavior has made me go back to Synapse 3 for the time being. PLEASE don’t change the sound output when Synapse start. I have my PC connected to AVR 9.1 sound system, and the eternal “switch the sound output back to the AVR (which is set as my default audio device)” is anti-consumer making me want to ditch the whole Razer eco-system.

One thing i am sure of is that this is NOT a bug, it is intended behavior.

Please Razer: DON’T mess with our sound settings

Also, remove the need for setting the headset as default audio just to change sound settings for the headset inside the Synapse software

--Edit--

Seems like Synapse 3 does the same now, switching the audio output on start

I’m using the newest Synapse 3 version and this doesn’t occur on my system.
