I have it connected and it says it’s not supported in the synapse 4 beta currently. Use it as my main dongle for my naga v2 pro for the wireless charging (still sad this mouse doesn’t at least support 2k polling T_T)

Any word when Razer Mouse Dock Pro will be supported
They haven’t so much as updated the app in months and the devices which are supported don’t even work properly. My Deathstalker v2 Pro is “supported” but the lights have never worked since this pre-alpha app got installed.

I hope they give this an update soon because it’s working miles better than synapse 3 for me, no more laggy mess and the profile switching works perfectly now for me.

What do you mean lights have never worked?
They’re in some default state - for eg. Spectrum cycling? And changing from Synapse/Chroma won’t have effect at all?
If yes, and you’re on Windows 11, then you can check if you have Dynamic Lighting (Devices) option turned of - if yes, disable it and check.
