Black shark V2 pro issue with Twitch

My other headset worked fine, but I just got a black shark V2 pro and hooked it up to my Xbox series X now I cannot go onto Twitch. If I switch back to my old headset, it allows me to stream. I am not sure what to do with probably an easy fix. Can anyone help me. I do know that my other headset was just connected through Bluetooth without a dongle. I guess this one comes with a USB-C connector which does make it wireless, but I am not sure what’s going on  thank you

    Thank you so much for any replies. It is so unusual that I can stream using my older headset, which is also a razor that connects through Bluetooth with no dongle what’s the new one uses a dongle that hooks up to the USB and it is wild that if I use this new one, I cannot stream to twitch and wants to be an easy fix, but I am not sure how to go about it and I appreciate anyone who could help me because I really like this new headset. Thank you.
