Bug report: ARGB Controller resets in the New Synapse and Chroma app at every restart

Just wanted to report a bug with the integration of the Razer ARGB Controller in the New Synapse and Chroma app. Since I bought the controller, the LED auto detection has not been working properly with my Deepcool FC120 for some reason. I always had to do multiple refresh for it to detect something. In the old app, Once it got detected, I only had to disable the LED auto detection and set a number manually and I had no trouble setting the effect I wanted in Synapse. Now, With the new app, I have to redo the LED detection every time I restart my computer for the controller to detect anything. Furthermore, when I head to the Chroma app, changing the effect on the detected LEDs is very frustrating and works 1 of 10 times for some reasons. Some times, the LEDs just does not appear in Chroma Studio or, if they are detected, it does not change when I set a different effect.
