Chroma App v4.0.63.119: App opens after two attempts

Since the newest beta the app now opens after two attempts. First attempt will re-initialize the lighting on all connected devices, and the second attempt will actually open the app. This wasn’t happening in older version.

This new version is probably the first version that’s giving me problems.  

Basilisk v3 pro + mouse dock pro are not playing along: unable to set Polling rate to anything other than 1k and Chroma effects are not being pushed to the mouse.  The mouse just goes dark, but keyboard and everything else does. 

This does not happen when I use the dedicated bsv3pro dongle however.
