Leviathan V2 Chroma settings do not apply, not appearing in Chroma Studio

Mine does the same thing.

To be clear, in my situation, my Leviathan v2 shows up in Synapse/Chroma Beta (without a picture of the speaker itself, just a labeled box, mind you).  It does NOT show in Chroma Studio Beta.

However, it does work fine using Chroma Visualizer.  

Same here, hope some fix, im too lazy to reinstall synapse 3, all other device are works fine

this is exactly my situation:

1. broken picture for module
2. chroma effect cannot be applied/saved

Having this same exact issue, hopefully there is a fix soon. 2 months seems like a long time tho.

I’m having the same issue… For f#### sake.. So this has been going on for months? My Leviathan V2 is the only item not working as it should. It shows up, but with no picture (like posted above) and i can’t change chroma colors or anything… -_- I’ve been away a month, and i can swear it worked a month ago WITH the Synapse 4 Beta, now it doesn’t. I’ve tried reinstalling it, rebooting the comp. Turning it off, reconnecting the Soundbar. Nothing…

Anyone know a fix??

Edit: Then again… It’s called “Beta” for a reason. Let’s for sure hope it’s fixed for release. I’m going back to Synapse 3 for now.. I don’t want to, i really like the beta except for the issue at hand..

I just opened a ticket with Support.  This has been an issue at least since I tried New Synapse in April, and it is still a problem today.  Back then, I had reverted to Synapse 3, but it has its own issues that New Synapse corrects.  Trying new Synapse again now and seeing it is still an issue, even though it was reported on back in April, is disheartening.

At this point, may as well turn the lighting off until there is a fix, since default spectrum cycling is the worst.

With the most recent update of Synape 4* (recently rebranded it seems), my Leviathan v2 light profiles save and change as expected now.  My support request was close on 9/13 with this message:

Our Software Team is still investigating the issue on their end and the issue has been acknowledged. We require that you keep your Razer Synapse up to date. We are unable to provide an estimated date for the update fix because the issue will be fixed in future updates.

Seems they figured it out!
