No macros are working in The New Razer Synapse Beta

UnfairMode

To test the New Synapse Beta I've created a new macro and I'd assigned it to my Razer Naga Trinity, it saves but does nothing. I've tried to link them in my Razer Huntsman and the same occurred. I've tried the basic key macros and the mouse movements macro. None of them worked. When I press the assigned key, it does nothing. Neither the default function nor the saved macro.

I've tried assigning macros both ways: On the device's module, and after that on the Macro Module.

 

I've already sent this issue plus the log file with the feedback tool in the New Synapse.

Same problem. Trying to test it on Helldivers 2, resupply macro for testing. It performs "ctrl" when it's alone in the macro, but with arrows, it doesn't work. I tried just the arrows, and it still didn't work, no effect. An older third iteration of Synapse just performs the arrows; it doesn't want to perform a modifier with something else. Pure joke state.

Has been going on for months. I provided a detailed report on this on multiple platforms, through various means. The only thing I have not done yet is send the report by carrier owl like a hogwarts letter because I don't have an owl. 

 

Might try stand outside the office flashing my torch like morse code. 

 

Hopefully then they listen

Happy I'm not alone in the dark LOL.

I switched back to Synapse 3. Now I'm wait for some news to give it a try again.

seems like the only way to run macros  in beta is to run synapse 3 in the backround and force your mouse to use the profile from the beta program.

its a crappy way for it to run and this needs to be fixed . but if you want to use beta instead this should fix the problem for now.
