my gf bought the razer kraken kittyv2 wired, and on synapse the headset will not show up, we have went through the troubleshoot guide and nothing has worked, has anyone found a fix for this?

Thanks for alerting us about this. Try to repair your Synapse software. You can also use the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If that didn’t work out, then send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
