Anyone else havin’ modifier problems with the New Synapse?
I have a Naga pro v2, and the modifiers i have set to the wheel click and when you push the wheel to the side isn’t working. Each one is set to Alt +7, Shift +7, Ctrl +7 but they only registering the 7 when i click them.

No problem with modifiers (at least on mine Orochi V2). Do you have any screenshot how it’s configured?

Like this, i’ve also tried the Key recording method and both ways gives me the same results. Only thing i haven’t tried is makin’ it into a macro.

Looks fine. So maybe it’s problem only on the Naga Pro V2...

Macro should work, but put the numeric key in between modifier like this:

Did the macro just like you showed, but it’s not even picking up the macro at all. While i at it i tested out where i have the Alt+9 and Alt+6 and it’s picking it up as if it was still set to DPI cycle up/down.

Hmm… strange.

I’d try to clean-reinstall this - uninstall Synapse, download & use this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj (it’ll remove any razer drivers from system), then restart PC and install Synapse again.

Sorry took me a bit to get back to my PC, busy work week, but sadly this didn’t work either so I just sent in a feedback ticket to razer to let them know and went back to synapse 3 for the time being. I didn’t even bother to check my DPI button settings when I originally made this post. They was responding as if they was still set on default. But the side panel was workin’ as intended, and everything works fine on Synapse 3.
But thank you for tryin’ to assist me.
