Hello! I am having problems with my razer mic. The mic is more quiet than normal. I have tested my mic on a computer with and without razer synapse and the results came out to be the same. I would really like help because I need to do online classes but I am now out a mic. I am wondering if there is a way I can fix this or do I need to get a new headset? Thanks.
