Mic on Razer Nari Essential is not working

Hello, My mic on my Razer Nari Essential has stopped working. I have checked that it is enabled, I have tried to restart my computer. I have tried re-installing Synapse without success. I also tried updating firmware, but it wont let me update. It says I need to connect the dongle and the headset, which I have done, but it is not letting me click the button to update. Audio is working well.
