Hello Guys, I have bought me my new Keyboard Blackwidow V3 Pro Wireless. On the last Weekend in the morning the Keyboard is normal with no problems. After 1 hour AFK the Keyboard dont connect to the USB-Dongle. I can only use the Keyboard with the Typ-C Cable. I dont know how to fix it. I deleted Razer Synapse, and alle Razer Programms all Folders. I deleted All. and then i install it new and the keyboard didnt connect with the Dongle. I dont know what i should do. I search inon YT on the Official Razer WEbsite i dont find nothing. Can some one help me please

Please send me the serial number of the keyboard so I can look into firmware-related solutions. For now, please make sure the keyboard is fully charged and uninstall the keyboard drivers you have on the Device Manager. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
