Razer Nari USB connector not recognized by Window
I bought this headset https://www.razer.com/fr-fr/gaming-headsets/razer-nari on amazon and it worked well for about a month but now, when I plug the USB connector, it's not recognized anymore :/
Anyone have an idea about how I can get fix it or get a new USB connector ?
The headset in itself works well but it's meant to be a wireless one and I'm sad that I need to wire it to use it
