Razer Synapse sensitivity/DPI not working.

When I change the sensitivity in windows settings, the mouse sensitivity changes, but not if I change it in synapse. This started happening maybe a month ago.

    An update, I ended every single process associated with Razer, repaired the razer synapse installation, and it worked. But it only worked until I restarted the computer. Ending every single process associated with Razer and then simply starting Razer synapse doesn't work, just repairing.

    Reformatting the hard disk entirely and reinstalling everything fresh including Razer Synapse 3 did not help (this was done for an entirely different reason than this issue).
