Why profiles disappears from cloud?

I have two Razer Naga Pro Wireless mouse. One for home and one for work. I use the same profiles across the mouses and I use and testing for business. Today out of ten profiles I have only 3 defaults profiles? Can you recover rest profiles because I don't have time to waste company money and my spare time when I already paid what it was the promised I don't really have time to create profiles again and again when you programmer can't handle to write proper code.

I understand that you are frustrated, but let's not get carried away by our emotions. With that said, it is possible that the profiles got overwritten or maybe even got corrupted. Please send me the serial number of your mouse and the email address you used to register the Razer ID in question so I can look into it. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
