Is it possible to return product in exchange for another one?

As the title says, could i return my Nari Ultimate and change it with a Blackshark V2 if I'm not happy with it? Need answers asap so i can order one if it's not possible.

I should add that it's a replacement device since my first nari ultimate got the "Avnera AV6301" problem and if I'm still not happy with the device after half a year of usage I should be able to trade it right?
