Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Mic

I've noticed that the mic on my black sharks have gotten noticeably less stiff than when I got them, is this just normal breaking in? also, is the microphone known to be durable?

Hi people, Im very upset and frankly a bit dissapointed in my new Razer Blackshark V2 Pro. The headset looks and feels great. But the microphone does nothing (on XBOX one). Its actually worse than my cheap Hyper X cloud mic. Please help me understand how to fix the mic. Cause I am very tempted to return the product asap. I paid €170 euro's and I expected it to work. Please help.

To be a bit more specific. I've tried to use it on my (Windows 10) laptop. And it worked fine. Nothing amazing but at least it worked. But just like many others I bought this headset for gaming purposes. I really hope someone will respond to this message cause I cant find any awnsers online. Kind regards

Not true ! the mic is better then Logitech PRO has and better then Astro Pro40. The mic is perfect clean voice with Xbox 3,5 jack used on controller. "The mic Does nothing" is a faliure not a qualitry issue of the mic. Also please unmute your mic - there is a mute button on the headphone - before u send it back!
