Razer Deathstalker Chroma Lighting

Recently my Deathstalker has not been lighting up while my PC is on. I checked the USB cables, moved it to different ports with no luck. I tried adjusting the profile in Synapse, but no matter what setting I picked, no lights. I assumed the keyboard was just not going to light up anymore. I then rebooted the PC and it lit up without issue until it completed the reboot, now I'm dark again. Anyone have any ideas? Razer support is giving me the cold should because I'm out of warranty period, but this seems like a software issue.

I found something that worked right after I posted this. Doesn't make much sense, but the lights kicked on and are now doing whatever I tell them as far as patterns and colors. I open the Lighting tab of Synapse and clicked Chroma Configurator. I cleared all the settings and clicked apply, as soon as I did that the thing lit up. I went back in and added the settings I want and it's all working now.
