Junglecat joystick drift problem

Hi, I'm posting on this forum after going through the process of contacting Razer Support. Let me describe the issue: I bought Razer Junglecat in December, started using it to realize it has a drifting issue where the left joystick would register right input at all time when I start using it. It's usable. I've tried on Android main screen and in games using PUBG and also using Nvidia Geforce Now service. Same issue in all places. I've tried contacting the support and their answer is to resend the unit but in all honesty I don't manage to send it back. I've tried with French Post service and they would take care of the prepaid FedEx label Razer sent me + with work schedule and confinement restrictions in France I don't have time in the week to solve this resending additional issue. I bought it from Razer store website if you ask. I'd like to know if there is something I can do to hard reset, update or something else to solve my issue. If there is no solution, maybe you guys can helped me with resending the box to Razer... Thank you in advance
