razer kraken bt kitty edition and synapse3
why cant my synapse 3 detect my kraken bt kitty edition? my synapse can detect my abyssus elite mouse and works with its chroma. the lighting from my kraken came from the razer audio app for android only, so its not in sync with my abyssus elite. are there any fix with this issue?

malcerinamonIs the device connected to your computer via Bluetooth when attempting to customize its settings via Razer Synapse 3.0?
