I have purchased RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 PRO - WIRELESS GAMING HEADSET - FRML PACKAGING last may, I am really struggling lately its has been almost two months the headphone keeps beeping all the time, disconnecting while gaming even while chat sessions over discord. I have done all the necessary troubleshooting, from updates, to changing the USB to all the advises on the website and online. It wasn't doing such things until lately. Its very annoying and I am really thinking of switching the whole product to Hyperx could II wireless if this issue is going to persist. I have the Regular BlacksharkV2 as well but I wanna enjoy the freedom of playing wireless.

Can anyone help from previous experience

    It can be caused by many external factors like congested 2.4GHz newtork (wifi, bluetooth devices), electrical cables or for eg. microwave. Be sure, that none of them are in nearby of your headset.

    I am using as well the Deathadder pro 2 hyperspeed dongle. moreover why before this was not an issue and suddenly it just started to do this. Another question if you could support with, I have difficulties to find the best audio settings for PUBG steam dna call of duty actually. when i use the THX auto setup I am unable to hear the steps details due to loads of the low notes and when i use the THX competitive play the discord speech becomes too annoying and literally wont be able to hear the game details.

    I'd also check FW update for both peripherals.

    Something might change in your environment causing interference with your headset. For eg. you can try test it in different environment (different room or for best results different house etc) to be 100% sure if it's RF issue or hardware issue.
