Hi all, I have a problem, I bought for a girl razer kraken kitty edition, and they are not identified by Windows when connected, appear for a second and then disappear, in the Device Manager they are, in the sound settings is not. Found a temporary solution is to clamp the THX SPATIAL button while turning on to cosplay mode, then they work but no settings in the synapse, glow with one light. Reinstalled Windows, razer synapse and all the drivers, the same on other computers.
