Well i reseted my pc after 4 years cuz i needa some new freshair after i did this i noticed a diffrence in my sound i looked everything up and found out that my 7.1 surround sound is disabled. I wanted to activate it again but i need my serial number, since i have the Razer blackshark v2 pro (2020) 4 years the serial number sticker is ripped off from the side can i activate 7.1 anyhow else or do i need a new headset

+1Blackshark V2 Pro (2020) is THX Spatial enabled. It doesn’t require any activation. Just install Synapse software (but during install uncheck THX Spatial external app, if you’ve already installed this - uninstall).
so i didnt had the thx spatial external app installed i wanted to install the external app but now it says i need an extra activation code so what is the best thing i could do now
and i didnt had it checked in the synapse software
So sorry for spamming this i deinstalled every razer modification i had i deinstalled the external app and the app inside of razer synapse same as razer synaps 3. As i reinstalled razer synaps i only checked the synaps tab and the thx spatial audio tab it installed both the razer synaps and the thx app as an external programm i think it still says that i need an activation code . I am confused
